A new spreadsheet technology used to handle multi-dimensional data. Morphit is designed specifically to deal with complex high dimensional data. It provides the flexibility to deal with the changing nature of biological studies and simplifies the process of capturing and analysing study data.
Requires Morphit v1.2 to be installed.
The Structures4Morphit addin supports the display of chemical structures and calculation of basic chemical properties such as mass and formula using ChemAxon’s JChem and Marvin technology. Input formats include 'Daylight Smiles' or 'MDLMolfile' as well as pasting structures from a drawing package such as Marvin or Symyx Draw.

The Scientific Data Importer for Morphit provides a method of importing data from plate readers and other instruments into Morphit tables. This removes the need to transcribe or copy and paste data, simplifying the experiment workflow by removing the need to pre-process data.

In this second example of radioligand binding we have simplified the workflow so that all compounds run under the same concentration range. The Standard control is also identified as a separate entity rather than as a type of compound. The main difference however is the inclusion of the SDI4Morphit plugin that supports the import of reader files.
Example data and import definition have been provided. Remember, if the query table is changed for the 'Reader Data' table, then the 'Select Files' instruction needs to also be updated.
All of which require Version 1.2, build 113+ of Morphit to run.
Run a plate-based binding assay with interactive curve-fitting, generating a summary with curves, EC50 and compound structures. This binder has been built with a high degree of flexibility allowing the scientist to vary the number of compounds, generating the required number of plates in the binder. The number of replicates and concentration range for each compound can be defined individually. The dimensions of the plate and position of the controls can be changed without alterations to the binder.
This binder requires the 'Structures4Morphit' and 'Fitting4Morphit' plugins.

This is a template binder (a .mot file) and should be saved in your 'Morphit Templates' directory. Once saved, run 'New from Template ...' and select 'Radioligand Binding v1'
This binder contains a table for every fitting model supported by Fitting4Morphit and all their properties.
